The expiry date used for your request must be your current visa expiry date. Any estimated timing is not a confirmed expiry date.
If the visa has been expired for 30 days or more, it is not eligible for the 30-day Visa Extension.
Same-day expiry cases require urgent handling. The current operational payment deadline is 6:00 PM on the same working day. Applicable fines remain subject to the relevant authority rules.
We may use eligible documents already available in your TripNexio records after your confirmation. If additional information or documents are required, we'll let you know.
Existing documents are never reused without your confirmation.
Your final amount is provided after your visa details and extension eligibility are reviewed. The total may include the extension fee, applicable fine or overstay amount, and other applicable charges.
Payment-link validity: 24 hours. If the link expires, the TripNexio team can generate a new link.
